The digital mobile key was an elegant, easy touch, and there were plenty of shopping options just moments from the hotel's ideal location. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back. Staff were gracious and attentive, and the bar had an impressive food selection available late into the evening. Breakfast was generous and nicely presented, and the 24-hour gym was convenient. Parking is limited, so planning ahead helps.

The bar was one of the highlights for us. Hiro welcomed us and was extremely kind and knowledgeable, guiding us through some wonderful whiskeys. If you like Japanese whiskey, stop in for a pour and a conversation with Hiro. Our room at Hotel Sosei was clean and comfortable, with a perfect bed. Everyone working there was kind and helpful, and made us feel welcome and valued. Breakfast had a great spread of local and western options. We especially loved the Hokkaido milk and yogurt.

I chose this hotel for my family because we needed room for our child to move around comfortably. The room was spacious, and the hotel was new and very clean, just as we expected. Complimentary drinks for all guests were a lovely touch, with a good choice of alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, plus popcorn. We felt very welcome. What impressed me most was the staff's help when we checked out at 6:00 am in a snowstorm. Partway through our journey, I realized I'd left behind a bag with my passport and valuables. Going back would have made us miss our flight, so I called to ask whether they could send it to the airport. The receptionist, whose name I unfortunately can't remember, took it seriously and asked her manager for permission to have a staff member bring my passport, since they couldn't leave an unattended bag in a taxi. I offered to cover all expenses, but they were willing to help without hesitation. Ms. Wu brought my passport to the airport herself. Her honesty, urgency, and care made all the difference. I honestly don't know how I would have made it back to my hometown without her. I'm deeply grateful to her and the hotel team. I know I made the right choice staying here, and I'll definitely return on my next visit.

My mom and I stayed for three nights and were very comfortable. We especially liked the high-quality buffet breakfast, along with the room service and bar food. The whole team was warm, welcoming, and helpful. At 6am, when there wasn't an engineer available, Cindy offered to fix the toilet after it stopped working. Thanks also to Erick and the other Indian gentleman who checked us out. They were consistently friendly and helpful. The team made our stay memorable.
