I was comfortable here, and everything suited me well. The staff were very friendly and the customer service was great. I’d happily come back.

The smell in the place was bad, and it didn’t feel comfortable to stay there.

This might be fine if you only need somewhere to sleep between sightseeing, but I wouldn’t recommend it for a relaxing stay. The price made me think they should put money into fixing the place up. The building and room both feel quite old. The room was clean, but everything felt dated and unpleasant, and the entrance with its trash cans outside wasn’t welcoming or clean. There’s a strong fried-food smell from the restaurant downstairs, and the apartment smelled like chicken curry. The toilet tank was extremely noisy, and the Wi-Fi kept dropping out.

I was told the previous guest had stayed the night before and they’d forgotten to clean, even though there was a set checkout time. It made me wonder how often they actually clean. When I opened the door, the bed was a mess, the window was wide open, and wet towels were lying by the bathroom. I called about it, and they grinned and said they’d call back. My boyfriend answered the second call, and his voice was trembling. I was annoyed that they treated me differently from him. The place was so bad I didn’t even want to give it one star.
