The place had plenty of space, with three rooms plus a living room, toilet, bathroom, and kitchen. But the steel bunk beds squeaked loudly whenever we moved, lol. Even Hokkaido gets hot in summer, and the single air conditioner in the living room struggled to cool the other three rooms. Most of the bedding smelled like a man, or maybe it was just old. We bought deodorizing spray at a convenience store and used bath towels to cover the parts that touched our skin. The bathroom was in bad shape with black mold, so we cleaned it ourselves. I wouldn’t recommend renting this place for families or women.
