Ms. Yoshida at the front desk was patient and took time to explain the extraction process clearly. I also had trouble booking the buffet because of the language barrier, and she helped me with that. I really appreciated her kindness and great service.

My smoking room was surprisingly clean, with no cigarette smell, and the location worked very well for me. The staff were friendly too. Breakfast was good value and starts at 7 a.m., which is handy if you head out early. There’s also a convenience store that’s original to Hokkaido nearby, and the hotel is close to the downtown area for evenings.

The room was spacious and clean, and I liked the decor and bathroom. Wi-Fi was decent enough for my son to play video games while my partner and I went out on a date. The hotel sits right by Susukino, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and easy access to the city. We stayed one night, on a Sunday, and found the hotel clean and convenient, with friendly staff and nice rooms. Breakfast was okay, though I’ve had better elsewhere. There were hot dishes and Western choices like bacon, eggs, and bread, plus lots of drinks. The Japanese food wasn’t so great, but there was enough to eat. For men, there’s a good place next door.

Breakfast was a highlight, with a nice spread of sushi, a fresh ramen bar, and dishes laid out well. If sushi and seafood aren’t your thing, though, you may not feel you got your money’s worth. The room had plenty of English information, and the insulation kept street noise barely noticeable. The hotel was clean and conveniently located, with a train station a short walk away, though not right next door. The front desk was helpful, if a little cold. Their English was just enough for basic communication, so I’d discuss any special requests before arriving or consider another hotel. I had a great stay and would consider coming back if the price is right.
