The apartment was clean and very nice, and it's close to the train station in Sapporo. The annoying part was having to email the owner to check in, since we had booked through Agoda.

A man came into the room at 8:30 in the morning on checkout day, even though checkout wasn't until 10. The intercom rang while I was getting ready, and I didn't answer, but then the door unlocked by itself and he walked in. He apparently just wanted to ask what time I was checking out, but what if I'd been getting dressed or taking a bath? It was honestly frightening, and I won't stay here again.

The room layout and facilities were good, but the uncleaned windows and sink faucets were disappointing. The bathroom fan didn't work either, so condensation built up. This was my first private lodging stay, for a concert at Sapporo Dome. Everywhere around Sapporo was expensive, which is why I picked this place, but even then two nights in a twin room came to just under 70,000 yen. There were no staff on-site. I had no other complaints about the stay, but the price left me disappointed.
