Sejour Toyohirakoen

The location is a strong point, with the subway station and supermarket about a five-minute walk away. The area is quiet and has useful shops and services nearby. The rooms are described as spacious, bright, clean, and well equipped, and the service as friendly. Several guests felt at home, and considered the value very good. Families may find it suitable for a longer stay. There are some drawbacks: the facilities seem to vary in condition, the tucked-away location can make it hard to find on a first visit, and the toilet has no washlet. Still, people looking for an affordable stay with convenient transport access generally seem satisfied.

I spent a week here and had a comfortable stay. The room was clean and spacious, and it was handy having both the supermarket and MRT station only about five minutes away on foot.

The area was quiet, and Toyohira Park Station was very close. I stayed on my last night in Sapporo; the room was very clean, and the owner warmly walked me through the facilities.

The address is easy to miss if you take the wrong turn. Near the station, look for the apartment building between the Hokuyo Bank ATM and the Seicomart convenience store, then turn onto the road just before the Seicomart. A friend rented the venue for a party for the first time since last year. We liked the large table we used last year, so it was a little disappointing to find it had been changed.
