Theatel Sapporo

The room was lovely, the toilet was extremely clean, and I could fall asleep as soon as I lay down. The price was affordable too, so I'd come back. The front desk staff member was very friendly. He asked where I was from, and I said Malaysia. He was from Nepal, and we chatted about nice places in Hokkaido. He suggested Hill of Buddha, Lake Shinkutsu, and some other spots. I visited Hill of Buddha, where the view was fantastic, with expansive natural scenery and a beautiful Buddha structure.

I was really happy with what I got for the price. I stayed eight days for the Fighters game, and my capsule bed booking somehow got upgraded to a private room, which was a nice surprise. The room was clean and well kept, as were the shower and toilet areas. I also used the laundry and dryer, which was handy. There was also a project included that I didn't use.

The staff were helpful and friendly, and they gave us clean towels. We slept comfortably, and it was a cozy place in a great spot, within walking distance of lots of tourist sights and restaurants and bars.

The staff were kind and very helpful, and I enjoyed my two nights at Theatel Susukino. It's in a handy spot in the tourist area. For groups, I'd recommend booking a private room for the convenience.
