The rooms are small, but clean and have what you need for an overnight stay. It's right in the restaurant and bar district, and Sapporo station is three stops away. A nice central place.

The cozy little dining room serves breakfast and turns into an izakaya at night. The home-style food was comforting. I also enjoyed having the large public bath.
Good.
Nice.
The front desk service really stood out. When bad weather disrupted public transport, they were happy to help us with arrangements for the next day and beyond, and arranged a taxi to the station. That was a big help. I stayed two nights with a friend. The 18,000 yen per person price for the consecutive-night eco discount seemed fair. The room was in keeping with the building's age, but the room and hallways were very clean and didn't show much wear. There's an izakaya on the first floor that apparently has good-value drinks, though I didn't try it. There is just one large public bath, with men's and women's access separated by time. That was a bit inconvenient since you can't always use it when you want.
