Dinner was tasty, and after a long day on the pilgrimage trail I found the room clean and comfortable. The staff were so kind and helpful: they arranged my next accommodation, washed and folded my clothes, then brought them right to my room. I really recommend this place to other pilgrims. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

If you're walking the pilgrimage, this is a great place to stay, especially if you book ahead. They even do your laundry as settai for Henro. I'd gladly come back.

The food was wonderful, and the staff were really helpful. I also made good use of the laundry service. My Western-style room was cozy and comfortable, and Temple 43 is very close by. The train station is nearby too. I rode to Uchiko to see the Old Town, then walked from there to Oda.

It’s in a convenient spot, and the hotel is very clean, with big, comfortable beds. But the air conditioner makes several disruptive noises, and the room locks are a real hassle. Cold water from the tap comes out very warm. There’s no ice machine or proper coffee either, and the price felt high by comparison.

I’m here on the ohenro pilgrimage, and this is a beautiful hotel. My room’s been comfortable and everything in it works well. They provide laundry service, free toiletries, and snacks. 10/10.
