10/10
The room had plenty of space and was comfortable, though the bathroom felt a bit tight. We got in late, but the polite, helpful staff were still at reception and pointed out what was available near the front desk. They even gave us free coins for the washing machines, dryers, and vending machines, and there’s a self-serve coffee machine too. It’s a quiet, good-value place about a 15-minute walk from Shibukawa station. There’s also an Azumacho bus stop around 400m away, with buses to the station and other parts of Shibukawa. If you don’t mind carrying your luggage to and from the station, I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The shower is too small for a larger person, and the room itself is very small too.

The location is okay and there’s free parking, but the equipment is a bit old and the service toward foreign guests was poor.

Such a nice atmosphere, it hardly feels like you’re away on a trip.

A very good business hotel, with an ofuro and a large parking area that’s free.
