Japanese Hot Spring Hotel Local Fish Vegetable Tsukisaki

My wife and I both work in healthcare, and twice a year we treat each other here for our birthdays. It's always fantastic and so relaxing. The staff are always smiling.

You can soak whenever you like because the hot water is always full and being replaced. The shampoo, conditioner, and body soap they provide are all fine, too. It's a great place to forget about everything and just sink into the bath. If you're staying, have a small dinner so you can enjoy being hungry in the morning. Highly recommend it to hot spring fans.

The in-room hot spring was amazing, and both the food and polite service were lovely. I stayed in July, though, and saw two cockroaches between check-in and bedtime. One may have come in through the window when I opened it to the outside. There were other small insects as well, and insecticide was provided in the room. There was no ventilation or air purifier in either the living room or bedroom, so I was left with the sulfur smell and the insecticide smell. The bath had shampoo, conditioner, and body soap, while the bathroom had only a razor and toothbrush. Bring your own lotion and cleanser. Since it's a one-story building, maybe insects getting in is normal, but I hate bugs and wish I'd known if this happens often. I'd rate the place higher if they had some kind of insect control.

My wife and I had a wonderful holiday here. The room was a good size, and the hot spring in it was impeccable. The owner was very nice, too, so I can definitely recommend the inn. Finding somewhere to eat without dinner could be difficult, but the included breakfast was just as filling and delicious as dinner. Just the best.
