Breeze Awaji Goshikihama

The place is spacious and could be really nice, which makes its poor upkeep such a waste. It’s pet-friendly, so there’s a slight smell, just a little, but cleaning and maintenance need to be done properly. There were dead bugs in the changing room, and bugs in the supposedly cleaned bathroom. The screen door had cobwebs and fallen leaves, and there were bugs and leaves in the sauna’s cold plunge pool, so I couldn’t fill it with water. The sauna shower hose had a hole in it. A lot of other things were in bad shape too. The doorknob was loose and looked ready to fall off. One toilet faucet was broken and ran constantly. The other toilet smelled like a public restroom for some reason, and its broken lock made me feel like I might get stuck if I shut the door. The curtain was too narrow, the chair was broken, and there was lots of dust on the air conditioner vent and several centimeters on the ceiling fan. The frying pan was badly scratched and food kept sticking to it. The provided vacuum still had a lot of dirt and bugs in it, probably left over from cleaning.

I paid over 220,000 yen, but the hairdryer was broken, there were bugs all over the room, the curtains were torn, and the dishes felt sticky. What’s going on?
