I stayed in the main building, with an annex also on site. Compared with the newer Route-inn hotels in the series, this one feels old, but it’s clean and reasonably priced. The room bathroom is small, so if you’re okay bathing with others, the hotel’s public baths are a better option. Breakfast, if included in your plan, is a buffet in the first-floor restaurant with both Japanese and Western dishes. They don’t seem to have specific dietary accommodations.

This is one of my favorite hotels in Susono, mostly because it’s close to the company where I work. I can see Fuji san, though there are a lot of obstacles when trying to get a good picture. The room was quite spacious and very clean despite the hotel being rather old, and it was still a nice place for a business stay. Breakfast was very tasty, and they offer free coffee in the lobby.

The hotel is comfortable and in a good spot, with a minimarket and gas station nearby for snacks. It’s also about 30 minutes from the train station, and there’s plenty of parking. The staff were very friendly and the service was okay. Prices aren’t too high. There are a few shortcomings, but the facilities make up for them. Thanks.

Service was good, and the condition and amenities were reasonable. The only downside was a musty smell from the air conditioner, though it was the height of the humid season.

Good value for the money, and the mountain view is lovely.
