It's a comfortable self-service hotel with clean rooms. Check-in is easy if you follow the instructions and upload your details beforehand. The location works well for both the station and ferry ports.

The room was about the usual size for Japan, and it had bunk beds for the kids. Local transport is conveniently close.

The room was reasonably spacious and clean, with a microwave and electric kettle. The windows seemed thin, though, and a lot of outside noise came through. There's no parking, so you'll need a nearby paid lot. They provide instant coffee, a comb, a toothbrush, and other amenities. Check-in is supposed to use a QR code sent in advance, but mine never arrived. I called the hotel listed in the accommodation details, but it was outside business hours and I couldn't get through. In the end, I managed to check in with my reservation number. It was convenient to handle everything from check-in through checkout without meeting anyone.

No elevator, and getting our luggage up to the third floor was a struggle for our family of five. The room was dim, and the toilet was incredibly small. I also couldn't get any response from customer service through the app, email, or booking. Very disappointing.
