A good fit for a road trip, with two double beds and the bath and toilet in separate rooms. It felt like a comfortable American-style motel or inn. Just note that the lobby closes from 11pm-7am, so arrive before 11pm. They only take cash.

The parking area was really nice, and the place was clean and quiet.

The reception staff weren’t very welcoming, and the air conditioner clearly hadn’t been cleaned. I woke up with a sore throat and felt ill all day, like I had a cold. It ruined a trip that should have been great.

I found the key return easy, even though I had to leave early the next morning. I stayed here for the first time on a motorcycle tour of Shikoku, and it was useful to have a low-cost place that allows motorcycle parking for two adults who only need a room. The building is well maintained. There’s no large public bath or similar facility, but minshuku can be quite expensive, so having an option like this is helpful.
