Hotel The Dragon

The bathroom in my standard room was dirty, and the sink faucet was in poor shape. I was charged the overnight rate for a weekday late-night break, even though I was there from 1:30 a.m. until just after 4. The front desk told me the overnight rate switches to the regular rate after 2 a.m. So to use the late-night break, I’d have to arrive at midnight and leave before 2. Isn’t the allowed window supposed to run from midnight to 5 a.m.? This feels like a scam hotel.

The lobby smelled odd, and my room wasn’t clean either. There seemed to be hardly anyone else staying there. I doubt I’d get a free repeat stay.

Dust and grime were all over the room. I ran a finger across the surfaces and could feel how dirty they were. The night shift staff member’s service was awful. The cleansing oil had been watered down, and the hair dryer’s neck was broken and unusable, but they’d left it there lol. The worst part was the rented cosplay outfit, which had a white stain in *that* area. Total turn-off. I’m not going back. Such a waste of money lol.

I called around 1 p.m. on Sunday, August 6, to ask whether a room was available. The woman on the phone brushed me off with, “I don’t understand what you’re saying,” and her attitude was terrible 🤷🏼‍♀️ I was left confused and really upset 🙌🏼. I’ve never had service this bad, and I definitely won’t return.
