The room is cozy and comfortable. It’s a nice place to rest after a day of activities.

After a day of activities, the shared showers, toilets, and washing machines were handy. The machines cost 300 yen, and you can buy detergent at the front desk. Hangers and a dryer in the room made it easy to dry things, too. Since reception closes at night, it’s a good idea to pick up any amenities you need when you check in. It seems you can also get amenities and detergent while "Nangoku Gohan Jina" on the second floor is open. Kawamitsu supermarket is within walking distance for drinks and daily necessities during its opening hours. The rooms were spotless and stylish, with every corner carefully cleaned. I could see fireflies near the hotel at night. It wasn’t the season for adult fireflies flying around, but the many small lights in the dark were still magical and soothing. I also had a wonderful meal at "Nangoku Gohan Jina". The dishes looked beautiful and tasted great, and the staff created a warm atmosphere. I highly recommend the restaurant to hotel guests. The hotel is conveniently close to Uehara Port. When the Uehara Port ferry is cancelled, getting around can be a little inconvenient, though the quiet surroundings and slower pace are part of the area’s charm. Iriomote Island was amazing, and I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The room even had a portable dryer, which was thoughtful in case of bad weather. After snorkeling, we could use the shared showers and laundry facilities, and everything was neat and beautiful. The place is right across from Uehara Port. There’s a great restaurant on the second floor, so we didn’t have to go searching for somewhere to eat. We could enjoy the ocean and night view together, and both the food and service were top-notch. For a relaxing trip to Ishigaki or Iriomote, I’d put this place high on the list.

I packed fewer clothes because there was a washing machine and dryer, and since it wasn’t peak season, I never had to wait for the washer. The restaurant on the hotel’s second floor served delicious food. Lunch and dinner have different menus, so the meals don’t get repetitive.
