We stayed December 6-7, 2025, a group of four guys in our 20s on a short getaway with a college friend. The building was beautiful inside and out, and we were very comfortable. Everyone on staff was friendly. Being close to Tateyama Station was handy, with supermarkets, convenience stores, and home improvement stores nearby for anything we needed. We'd definitely like to stay again.
I booked meals and made requests, but none of my preferences were accommodated, and the food was only half as tasty as it should have been. It seems my massage request wasn't passed along either. For a place advertised as a luxury villa, the building was impressive, but the service was so poor that the stay was disappointing. I was there for one night. They said the key would be left unlocked, but it wasn't. I couldn't get through on the phone, which they said was because of heavy traffic, and ended up waiting nearly 30 minutes. The person who brought the key gave no explanation, which made the service feel even worse.
The owners were so nice and considerate that I was really impressed. We had a wonderful trip for my son's birthday. I found out about the various services too late and was thrilled when I learned about them, so I'd suggest checking the information sign after you arrive. The bathroom and the rest of the building had Bluetooth, which surprised me. We connected music and ended up taking long baths. The whole family loved it! The facilities were fantastic, and I'd definitely stay again. Thank you for having us on August 26th.
The space is thoughtfully designed, and the internet and amenities are excellent. The baths and toilets are top-notch too.
