The massage service was amazing. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and spoke a little English. The shuttle was handy too: Toba to the hotel runs from 3pm to 6pm, and the return trip from the hotel to Toba is at 8am and 10:05am.

The food was good, but service fell short. There was only one wheelchair available, and we needed it for an emergency. Unfortunately it wasn’t available at the time we needed it most.

This didn’t match the description on Booking or other travel sites and apps. The hotel is very old and worn, and it’s a long way out. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Lovely view, and the dinner was tasty, especially the Ise Ebi. :-D
