The room was spacious and good value, and the apartment responded well. The location is a little far from the center and a convenient train station, though not so far that it put me off. Walking meant I could explore more of the area.
The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable, and everything worked. The people were nice too. Best apartment we’ve ever rented in japan. Trust the Apartment Hotel 11 chain.
There’s no staff on site, but the online team responds quickly. The place was calm, quiet, clean, and comfortable, with just the right amenities for enjoying Japan. The bus stop nearby connects to major rail stations. Across the street, Indian restaurant “Namaste” serves good food.
It’s a fairly new building in a quiet area, about a 10-minute walk from Asakusa shrine. The bus stop is a minute away, while the train station is around an 18-minute walk. The apartment is small in the Japan-sized way, but cozy and doable for a couple, with what you need. The kitchen is okay, though there aren’t proper pots and pans, so it’s mostly a microwave setup. There’s no early check-in since it’s unmanned and handled through an app. I was literally standing outside the door at 3:59 pm waiting for the check-in time to tick over. Apart from that, it was good.
The place felt like exactly the kind of cozy, quiet home I’d want if I lived alone. I was amazed when I opened the door. I’d been thinking about a capsule hotel, but changed my mind and felt I’d made a good choice. The price was reasonable, though I don’t really remember it; I do remember getting a discount and it being really cheap. Getting there from Narita was the problem. There was no direct train, so I had to transfer, and I couldn’t make sense of the travel directions. I had bought the Skyliner, so I took it to Nippori Station. I was told to transfer and take a bus, then to leave, but I wasted time trying to work out where to go. Then someone said to take a different train, and I turned around several times inside the station. I honestly thought I was going crazy. I ended up reinstalling the taxi app I’d deleted last year and taking a taxi. Just pay 2,500 yen for a comfortable ride. Now I’ll take my time looking for somewhere to eat and pick up dinner at the convenience store.
