We booked a private room, but arrived to find people sleeping in what was supposed to be our space. When we raised it, the manager only offered to cancel the booking, even though we had nowhere else to go. After a long back-and-forth with customer service, we got a partial refund, but the first offer was insultingly low. The bed itself was clean, at least. The shower and toilet were so dirty I had to buy cleaning supplies to make them usable, and the shared space clearly isn't cleaned often enough. There was a lot of mold as well. The capsules got really hot with only a little portable AC unit and a fan, no central air. The lock's security didn't work. If you put the battery in, it beeped all night. It's a very expensive place for such a bare-bones stay. If you desperately need a bed, you can stay here, but there are better options. Buyer beware.
I’m at the dorm right now, and it’s been good, quiet, and considerate. The bathrooms and toilets are clean, and the location is great. A FamilyMart is just 10 steps away, with hotels, bars, and two or three subway stations within 900m. There’s nobody on-site to manage things, but you call the number and they give you the passcode.
The space was cramped, with nowhere for luggage and no secure storage. The microwave was also in rough shape, with food splattered inside, though luckily I didn't need it. There wasn't a real kitchen either, just a kettle, fridge, and microwave, and nowhere communal to sit or eat. Still, for the one night I stayed in May 2025, it did the job: I could sleep, freshen up the next day, and head out. It was a typical capsule cabin with privacy curtains, a light, and a socket. They provided a towel, plus shampoo and soap in the bathroom. The bath and toilet were clean, and the metro station was a few minutes away. FamilyMart/711 were right outside. It wasn't as bad as some reviews made it sound.
It's loud around here, since the hostel is close to bars. If you can sleep through that and like the noise, it might work for you. I only lasted one night because I couldn't take any more. As a woman traveling alone, I didn't feel there was privacy or security. There was one bathroom for 15 beds and two showers, no lockers, and no separation by gender. The door didn't lock, so people came and went. I saw people come in to sleep, head back out, and then the person who actually owned the bed arrive with airport luggage. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AT ALL.
The bed got so hot overnight that I could hardly sleep. I assume the capsule doesn't have ventilation. The place was also more cramped and cluttered than it looked, despite being new and clean. It sits in a busy area, with lots of people walking by outside. I haven't stayed in many hostels, so I don't have much to compare it with.
