9-minute walk to Ikebukuro Station/Owl House

The unit suited three adults well and had the amenities we needed for our trip. The area felt quiet and safe. Just be aware that the stairs up to the unit are very steep, which can make carrying heavy luggage difficult. All in all, my adult kids and I had a great stay.

This was our first Air Bnb stay in Tokyo, and we had a great time. The neighborhood felt quiet and safe, and the location worked really well. The train station was about a 10-minute walk, which was handy after long days out. The hosts communicated clearly and made sure we had the details we needed for check-in and check-out. They also provided slippers, a washer-dryer machine, extra toiletries, snacks, a fridge, and Wi-Fi. We really enjoyed staying here with this host and would book again on another trip.

The owner was incredibly kind and made a tricky room change easy. Because of availability, we had to check out and check in again, but they moved our luggage and got the next room ready early. It all went smoothly. Our family room worked perfectly, with two large beds measuring 2 x 1.5 meters. The loft layout also gave the parents and kids some privacy, which is hard to find in Tokyo. I’d stay here again and recommend it to other families.

Really tidy and pleasant place. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the nearest metro, and the area feels safe even at night.
