The location is spectacular, with lots of shops nearby and only a five-minute walk to the Yamanote line. I stayed six nights and was very satisfied. The room’s fairly small but well appointed, comfortable, and quiet, so the neighbors didn’t keep me up. It was worth the price, and I’d stay here again if I’m in Akihabara.

If you’re visiting Tokyo with teens or anime fans and want plenty of shopping options, this is a great location. It’s in the middle of Akihabara, right in front of the JR train station, so getting around Tokyo is easy. The rooms are small, but that’s normal for central Tokyo.

The rooms are small, but that’s completely normal for Japan. The pillows are super comfortable, and if you smoke, the smoking rooms are a godsend. The hotel is right by the train station, and the staff were wonderful, helpful, and friendly.

I stayed from Nov 29 to Dec 6. The room was bigger than you usually get in Tokyo hotels, cozy, and had views of the Kanda river, a shrine (local church), the Tokyo skyline, and the Shinkansen tracks and others. Staff were consistently helpful and gave excellent service. The place is very convenient, near Akihabara Station’s Central exit, with plenty of restaurants around, including two on the building’s second floor.

The location and general facilities are good, but the room air seemed really bad, and I only noticed after checking out. I kept waking in the middle of the night unable to breathe. The AC gave us constant throat infections, and we couldn’t get a proper night’s sleep unless the air purifier was running. Our condition improved drastically after we changed hotels. The rooms are completely sealed, and it feels like a health disaster waiting to happen. Please test it for yourselves.
