The building is a little dated, and some parts looked worn, but I didn't mind. Getting around was easy, and the service was great. I was out late every night and missed dinner, sadly, but they even called a taxi when I was running behind for an event. I stayed here a year ago and enjoyed it, and breakfast was good too.

There's a train station and lots of restaurants just a few minutes away, which makes the location a real plus. The staff were very courteous and did their best to speak English. The hotel itself is fairly nice, though the rooms are small and the beds felt hard as rocks.

Having a mall, train station, and other shops right nearby made things really convenient. The larger rooms also work well if you're staying for a while.

Akishima is a small town, and getting to Shinjuku takes at least an hour. Tachikawa is four stops away. The hotel is very close to Akishima station, within three minutes, and there are restaurants and a shopping center nearby. It's a small place aimed at business travelers, with very little beyond the basics. The room and bathroom are tiny, so I wouldn't pick it for a family or a longer stay. For a short visit, though, it has clean rooms and useful things like free coffee, a hot water boiler, slippers, free breakfast, and an iron. The bed is firm, which I like.

The coin laundry is handy, though the dryers made it hard to get clothes dry. The hotel was clean, service was excellent, and the price was good. It's also very convenient for Moritown shopping mall and Akishima station.
