The best part was the location: close to the train and, for Tokyo, one of the cheapest three-single-bed rooms with decent space. The neighborhood seemed reasonably safe. We did see some local youngsters urinating against a wall outside Okachimachi station, which was disgusting, especially in a country as clean and rule-following as Japan. Our Airbnb room was noisy because passing cars could be heard, and the room wasn't soundproof. The stairs are very steep and tall, a real danger with lots of luggage and unsuitable for children or older people. We had booked a three-single-bed room, but it had no bidet even though the app said one was included. Two out of five for this stay. I wouldn't come back.

The room had enough space for three people by Tokyo standards, and the price was reasonable. It's a five to seven minute walk from the train station. There are no lifts, so you have to use the stairs. Our Airbnb host was helpful.

Close to the shops and train stations. A really good little place for the three of us.
