For the price, the room feels a bit much given that the location is far away and not very interesting. The TV is tiny and on the wrong side of the room, so it’s basically unusable, almost as if they put it there just to claim there’s a TV. There’s also a bright light that stays on all night through the small kitchen window.
I liked the neighborhood, and the new building means the structure and apartment appliances are fairly new. The balcony is nice, but the loft seems suited to kids, and I can’t picture an adult living up there. There are forks and knives but no chopsticks, which makes me wonder why. Salt and pepper at least would also be useful. The place is called artsy, but to me the art feels like gold foil on a cake, an added idea that doesn’t give the place much. It was still a pleasant stay, and I’d consider coming back if I needed to be near Tamagawa area.
The staff responded quickly, and the room was clean and nice. There’s a cafe on the first floor, with supermarkets and convenience stores nearby. It’s also close to Shibuya station. I’ll stay again!
There was hair all over the table and seats, along with some food crumbs. The bath hadn’t been cleaned at all.
