The rooms were clean and fully stocked, and the free amenities were available around the clock. I had a great stay, even though the rooms are small. The tap said the water was drinkable, but as a foreigner I didn’t trust it. That’s just my personal belief.

Checking in 11 rooms took around 30 minutes to an hour, far too long. The staff didn’t seem to know the check-in process very well. Hatanara was the staff member helping us.

Very clean, with top-notch service, and affordable too. It’s between two train stations, each about a 5-7 minute walk away. Great place.

It’s a very fancy hotel and quite expensive, but I felt it was worth it. The TV is huge, and there’s laundry service. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet, especially compared with where we stayed in Shinjuku.
