APA Hotel & Resort Roppongi Ekihigashi

The free spa/onsen was a real plus, and the location made it easy to reach trains, food, and sights. For Tokyo, the price felt like the best value among the hotel chains we looked at. The room was very clean and cleverly arranged for its size, though it was the smallest we've ever stayed in, which seemed about typical for Tokyo. Check-in and checkout were easy. There was laundry, but the dryer barely worked, so we had to spread our clothes out to dry. In winter the AC only heated, but being able to open the window for cold air helped a lot.

The rooms are small, but the spa is great and the location is nice. There's an amazing French bakery 250 feet from the hotel, with the best croissant I've ever had. First-class place!

The kind, thoughtful service made my stay much better. Around 1:00 PM on February 6, a female staff member at the front desk on the 1st floor carefully walked me through everything and helped me rebook after I accidentally canceled a same-day reservation in the TableCheck app. I was overseas and couldn't call the restaurant myself, so I really appreciate her kindness and professionalism. The hotel is near Roppongi Station, with Velve Coffee and a Don Quijote nearby. There's also a public bath at a reasonable price, a TV with Korean language support, and good value overall. Thanks again for the wonderful hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel.

This is the best APA branch I've stayed at. The room felt new and clean, and the lobby is spacious. The staff were polite and helpful, and the location is nice. It had everything I needed at a reasonable price. I'll definitely come back.
