The rooms are very small, even by Tokyo standards, though the space is used efficiently and there's a fairly big TV mounted on the wall. The location is fantastic, close to nishi-kasai station, and the service was good. Breakfast comes as a choice of three sets, which could get repetitive on a longer stay. I tried sets 1 and 3. Set 1 was very good, and on the day I wanted more greens, set 3 suited me well. The salad was fresh, with a variety of leaves and a nice dressing.

I find APA an easy choice because the hotels are so close to stations and the rooms have what you need. Their new AI concierge is easy and pleasant to use, too.

Getting to Narita airport is easy from here, and the location on the Tosai line is very convenient. Nishi-kasai station is just a one-minute walk away.

The hotel was only a few months old when we checked in last March 2025, so everything felt basically new. I really liked the location, just a few meters from the train station, restaurants, 7/11, Lawson and FamilyMart. You can't check in early unless you pay extra. The rooms are small, but designed really well so no space goes to waste. The CR is small too, though everything was custom built to fit. We'll definitely stay here again.

There's another APA hotel nearby, so check the address number: this one is the one numbered 386. It's very convenient for the train station, about a five-minute walk, with massage centres, restaurants and supermarkets all around. The amenities felt like a real treat. The bathroom was the one drawback, the smallest of the three hotel bathrooms I've had in Japan.
