Apa Hotel Nishiazabu

The front desk staff were lovely, and the location was handy. Depending where you’re headed, it’s a five-minute walk to the Hibiya line, a quick bus ride to Shibuya, and close to Roppongi Hills. The hotel felt a bit old, and the carpets needed a deep clean. The biggest problem was housekeeping noise starting around 8:30. It made it impossible to sleep in, so this place really only works for early risers. That wasn’t an issue at my previous business hotel. Since checkout is at 10, I’d expected cleaning to start shortly after then.

The room is very small, but works fine as a base. It’s about a 10-minute walk to Hiroo station, or a little farther to Roppongi. I’ve stayed twice and would consider coming back. APA hotels don’t change the sheets regularly, every three days I think, though clean towels and coffee are provided daily. The location is OK.

Everything is within walking distance, including restaurants, coffee shops, and stores. The staff were very polite and helpful. I loved my seven-day stay and would come back. The room service was the best!!!!

A big thank you to all the staff for a great hotel experience. I’ll definitely come back. I forgot the name of the receptionist from China who speaks English, but she was a wonderful person. Another receptionist helped me with some things too. I think her name was Ayaka or Sana, though I can’t remember which.
