For a one night stay, I'd highly suggest this place, especially at such a reasonable price. They provide lots of amenities like toothbrushes, pajamas, tea, and coffee, and the staff were wonderful. The receptionists were kind and patient with my limited Japanese. I couldn't check in until 3, but they let me leave my luggage early and took it up to my room for me.

The rooms are only 12m2, but the layout makes them feel much wider than similarly sized rooms at well known chains like APA. There's room to walk on both sides of the bed. The hotel opened in 2022, so everything is still very new, and the cleaning and service are excellent. It's in a central location, close to train stations, plenty of restaurants including 24/7 options, and 24/7 convenience stores.

The room was clean and big enough for a solo traveler. The bathroom was much smaller than others and so cramped it was hard to move around. The bidet switched on automatically when we sat down, but took so long to be ready that I mostly couldn't use it.

We arrived at the address and found the hotel had been taken over by another company. Nobody had told us it was closed, and the phone line had been disconnected when we tried to call. Do not book. We'd even forwarded our luggage there from another hotel, and ended up needing the police to help find it.
