Our other hotel in Osaka understood the situation and gave us a full refund, which made this hotel's response even more disappointing. Because of the recent war situation affecting flights in the region, our flight from Istanbul to Japan via Qatar might be cancelled, and we might not be able to enter the country. This only began a few days ago, so it was impossible to foresee when we booked. Even so, the hotel refused any refund and insisted on charging the full amount for a room we physically can't reach. In a global crisis, I expected some flexibility and basic fairness. Unfortunately, neither was offered.

The rooms are huge and super clean, and the staff are lovely. You're right by kitchen street, with everything you need close by. Highly recommend.

It's on a quiet street near lots of shops, and the front desk was very helpful. I'd book the room with the balcony.

Hiro was wonderful, and the neighborhood was lovely and quiet. We could walk to all the trains, restaurants, and shops we wanted. This place really is great.

A few minutes on foot gets you to two subway stations, convenience stores, and a local market. Our room matched the pictures and was comfortable for up to six people. It had a fridge, microwave, and electric kettle for making noodles. The receptionist was courteous, kind, and helpful, and we had a very pleasant stay.
