The dog friendly atmosphere was such a treat. Each day we came into the lobby, there were people with dogs enjoying the Cafe, and it made a whimsical backdrop for dog photos. The staff were top-notch, and our room was clean and well organized. We stayed three nights and absolutely loved it. The rooms were a decent size for Tokyo, and honestly I can't think of anything to improve. We'd happily stay again and highly recommend it.

The staff were kind and friendly, and their English was good. The hotel offers daily full or eco cleaning. We chose full cleaning because we like having the beds made, while eco cleaning comes with a free bottle of water for each guest. We had a twin room and were comfortable with two large suitcases and a carry-on, stacking the bigger bags under the coat rack. The bedding included two pillows, one soft and one with both firm and soft sides, plus a down duvet. The heater worked well in winter, and we opened the window when it got too warm. The air was quite dry, so we hung wet towels nearby to add humidity. There was also an air purifier. The washroom was a decent size, with a bidet toilet, deep tub, and good quality shampoos and cleansers. Free toothbrushes, combs, vanity kits, and hair ties were available in the ground floor lobby. It was a perfect stay, with JR's west exit two minutes away and local trains a four minute walk away.

The location was good, and the staff were friendly. The room was clean and the bed comfortable, but the room felt too small even for one person. Breakfast was pretty basic and could be better. I expected more after reading the reviews.

The staff made us feel welcome throughout, always kind, attentive, and ready to go the extra mile. Getting around was easy, either on foot or by public transport, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I had a fantastic vacation here. The price felt like a real steal for the quality, and the whole place had a welcoming vibe. I can't recommend it enough.
