Business Hotel Sunlight Honkan

On the third night of a business trip, I found a comb I didn't remember bringing. It was already out of its packaging and looked used, which was gross. I believe combs are supposed to come from the front desk and are usually bagged, so they really need to be more careful.

It's only about a five-minute walk from Fuchu Station, which is handy. Even with Koshu Kaido and the Keio Line nearby, the soundproofing seems good and I had a peaceful night's sleep.

I found bedbugs in my bed and got bitten all over. The itching lasted three weeks. One night I left my key at the front desk when I went out, but after midnight I came back to find an employee asleep in the lobby. They didn't wake when I rang the doorbell. I managed to get behind the front desk, take my room key, and return to my room, but I felt uneasy about doing that and questioned the hotel's safety. I'll never go back.

The receptionist was kind, the bathroom was clean, and the rest of the place was really good. The hotel is old, but it feels clean. My problem was the bedding: it was worn and compressed, and the pillow was so flat that I couldn't sleep well. I was fine with a small, older room since I only needed somewhere to sleep, but it was disappointing that I couldn't even do that.
