The listing says there's AC, but it isn't available during winter. Tokyo doesn't get that cold, so I'm sweating in the room. They also scolded me for having friends visit. For this price, I'd choose somewhere else.

The room felt stuffy, with poor air circulation in winter. I was first assigned Room 202, which had no windows that opened. The senior woman on staff in a black suit at reception kindly suggested moving us to Room 201, and I appreciated that. Still, her attitude was poor and didn't feel anything like Japanese hospitality. I hope she'll reflect on it.

The front-line staff came across as arrogant, nowhere near the Japanese hospitality I expected. There are plenty of other places near Tokyo station, so I'd avoid this hotel.

The location near Tokyo station makes day trips out of Tokyo easy, and the hotel is good value for the money. My bed, towels, and itinerary were changed daily. The toilet seat was small, and the Wi-Fi signal was weak at times. Breakfast at the nearest Nakau was good.

The walk from the station takes about 12 minutes, and the front desk staff were unfriendly for no reason. One woman with a fringe was especially cocky and showed no respect to tourists. I’d avoid this hotel.
