The bathroom was huge, with great amenities, especially compared with the tiny bathrooms in other hotels I stayed at on this trip. Staff spoke English very well and were super helpful, and I had no issues during my three nights. This was my last stop after staying at nine hotels, and the most expensive one. I’d booked the modern room but accidentally chose a smoking room. There were no non-smoking rooms available, so they deodorised it before I arrived, and it didn’t smell of smoke at all. The room felt more retro than modern. I liked the wooden furniture, even though it was shabby chic and scuffed, as you’d expect from its design and age. The closest station was a 12-minute walk, which was bearable even in the heat since I’m used to walking everywhere. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back.
