Courtyard by Marriott Tokyo Station Hotel

The staff were very helpful, and getting around was easy: Tokyo JR Station is close, with Kyobashi Metro Station on the Ginza Line nearby too. The room is small, as is typical in Tokyo, but it was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was well maintained and the amenities were good.

Being so close to Tokyo Station made catching trains around the city really easy, and the stay was great value. Our room was a good size, and the staff went out of their way to make things pleasant. They were exceptionally helpful and spoke very good English. We had an amazing time at Courtyard Tokyo station and couldn’t fault it. I’ll definitely come back on my next trip to Tokyo.

The location is the best part, very central, with the nearest metro station just a short walk away. The restaurant is great, and the front desk staff are very good. There are mostly Western guests, and English support is very good. Ask for Bruno, his English is fluent and he’ll help get you what you need or where you want to go. The rooms are okay but starting to show a lot of wear. Storage is limited, and there isn’t even a spot for your suitcase.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet has lots of options, though the seating area is a bit small, so going early can help avoid the crowds. There’s a small gym, standard for hotels in Japan. The fourth-floor lobby has a little seating area that also serves drinks and snacks to elite members, since there’s no executive lounge. The entrance is on the east side of the building. Tokyo Station is about a five-minute walk, and Kyobashi Station is less than five minutes away. My room was clean and well maintained, as you’d expect from most Japanese hotels, but very small. There was barely enough space to open my luggage.
