The location is the best part: the train station is a five-minute walk away, and Ginza's center is another ten minutes beyond that. It's a relatively small boutique hotel by footprint, but a good pick if you're looking for a three-star stay. The room was very clean, though a little small, and the staff were helpful. Service was perfect. We liked the optional breakfast, which kept us full for half the day.

The bath towel may be my favorite of any Japanese chain hotel. If Daiwa Roynet sold them, I'd buy a set for my whole family. Staff were polite, and I'd definitely stay again. My room was clean and had the basics: a double bed, unit bath, refrigerator, desk, hot pot, and safe. I booked it just a few hours before arrival at a very reasonable rate. JR Shinbashi is only two minutes away, with lots of restaurants open late within a five-minute walk. It's one of my favorite three-star Japanese chain hotels. The only downside was having just two elevators, which could make getting downstairs between 8 and 9 am take longer.

The staff were very nice, and the hotel is close to both subway and train stations. Train noise is quite loud, though, and could wake you if you're sensitive to sound. Apart from that, it's a standard, efficient Japanese business hotel.

The room was small, as expected, but it was a good deal and close to the train station. Breakfast turned out to be better than I expected, and I'm glad I added it. Super.com hadn't fully paid for it when I booked, but the hotel let me have breakfast free. I really enjoyed my stay.

Everything being nearby made the stay convenient. The lobby has lots of useful things like toothbrushes, and the staff were kind and able to speak English.
