The bed squeaked a bit, which annoyed me, but the rest of the amenities were superb. There was a washing machine and small fridge in the room, and you can use a dryer on another floor for just 100JPY. It's somewhat outside the town, which gives it a nice suburban feel. Less busy than the bigger town, but still a good location. We had a great stay.

Suspected scam! Don't book here. They canceled the reservation three hours after the guest checked in, then privately emailed me asking for 6,000 yen. I didn't receive any additional refund. Maybe Agoda made a mistake and canceled the order, but the property may still try to charge unreasonable fees privately.

It's close to the station and a convenience store. I'd stayed at Enzo Osaka before, so I booked Enzo Tokyo, but this was surprisingly different. The room was full of dust. Check-in is at 5pm and checkout at 10am, and I feel they could do better with that long stretch of time.

We stayed five days with a dirty floor and lots of hair on it. There was a vacuum, but it didn't work. We asked for a regular broom and dustpan, but were told those were for staff. I really wish there'd been a broom or sweeper.

After a full day walking around Tokyo, this was a great place to come back to 😂. I really liked how close it is to the train station.
