The staff were really friendly, and the location was very clean and affordable.

The bathrooms were clean and set up like mini super sento, with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There are Western-style toilets with washlets, plenty of them, and a coin laundry for a fee. Razors and combs are provided. There's a box in the bathroom for returning both large and small towels, but you might get in trouble if you return them and then get a bit sweaty in your room. You can borrow towels at check-in, though I think there's an extra charge. Toothbrushes are handed out at check-in too, as often happens. The entrance was easy to find, and the check-in explanation was helpful. They provide amenities such as humidifiers. The room is like a super-luxury capsule hotel. There's no lock, so you need to keep valuables in the locker in your room. Only drinks are allowed, and there's a vending machine in the entrance hall. We were told to eat in the lobby, so that's what we did. They also have headphones to borrow for watching TV in the room, so TV lovers should ask at check-in. If you need water for the humidifier or want to wash your hands, it's best to check the restroom each time. Blankets and humidifiers are available in the equipment storage area if it gets a little chilly at night, so you can use them to avoid catching a cold. There can be building noises like the air conditioning, depending on the person, so earplugs from reception may help you sleep better. Since phone calls and alarms can bother other guests, you can request a morning wake-up call. I arrived at reception quite late, but the staff member helped promptly. Suidobashi Station is easy to get to, along a flat route with a slight hill, and manageable with a suitcase.

The valuables compartment is heavy, but its hinge is cleverly designed so it doesn't bang loudly when opened or closed. The bed felt firm to me, the pillows were soft, and the height was high. As a capsule hotel fan, I visited right after it opened on March 15, 2019. The design recreates an airplane cabin and gives it an air travel feel. The business class capsules are roomy, unlike typical two-story capsules, so you can relax without worrying about someone above or below you. The bathroom isn't a huge bath, but it has a medium-sized bath and private showers, making it suitable for different kinds of guests. I'd definitely stay again. 190830

The place was quiet enough that you might find yourself being careful about every little thing. It has no windows, so it's dim as soon as you walk in. Separate men's and women's baths are available until around 10am. They also have curling irons, which was a big help for women. I got a cheap stay through the Go To Travel initiative. If there's an event at the Dome once COVID-19 has calmed down, I'd definitely like to stay here.
