The bed was so worn down that its springs had collapsed, and I couldn’t sleep on it. When I arrived, I also saw a rat the size of a cat outside the entrance, which left me very worried about hygiene. Then, after check-in, an urgent issue came up. I called the only number the guesthouse provided dozens of times, but couldn’t get through. Nobody called me back, and the matter I was trying to raise was left unresolved. Nothing about the safety, cleanliness, or basic facilities was satisfactory. I’m sorry, but I won’t stay here again and can’t recommend it to anyone.
