It's a quiet, decent place close to the train station, with three convenience stores nearby. There’s no elevator, and the stairs are very narrow, so getting up and down is hard, especially if your room is on a higher floor. You only get two pillows and two towel sets for the whole stay, with no replacements offered. The heater sometimes shuts off while it's running. The TV has local channels only, no Netflix or other streaming. For something cheap and decent, it's a reasonable choice. If you want more comfort, easier access, better service, and a cozier place, I'd look elsewhere.

We had a great two-night stay here for a very reasonable price. Staff responded promptly to all our questions. The location made things especially convenient: the subway is a minute away, and there are three convenience stores and a McDonald's within the same short walk. I'd recommend the place and would gladly stay again.

Everything was quiet, comfortable, and very clean in the apartment. It's in a lovely neighborhood, right by the metro, with supermarkets next door and good restaurants within walking distance. A great place to stay.

A comfortable, cozy place that works especially well for a longer stay. I found it easy to get around Tokyo from here, with interesting spots a reasonable travel time away. There are also plenty of nearby places to eat if you get tired of dining in the city. I'd likely stay here again when I return to Japan.

It felt like a comfy, homey Japanese apartment, and being near the metro was handy. Hauling luggage up the stairs wasn't fun, though the building layout doesn't really seem to leave a way to fix that. The apartment was lovely to stay in. I would've liked extra bath mats for the nice bathroom, and maybe a foldable luggage stand.
