We stayed for 27 nights, and the staff made us feel welcome the whole time. They’re incredible and always went out of their way for us. Our rooms were extremely clean, and fresh towels, sheets, and pyjamas were provided daily. The bathroom had lots of free amenities, and the showers were great. I also really appreciated the women’s spa, plus the free drinks and evening ramen. Such a brilliant stay, thank you!

The bed was much more comfortable than the other hotel futons I’ve tried, and there’s a small onsen room to use. I’d definitely come back. It’s called a capsule hotel, but you get a little cabin: a capsule-sized bunk with a tiny room, chair, and desk. Having my luggage in the room with me was great, instead of leaving it at the front desk. The bathrooms and showers are shared, like at a regular capsule hotel.

We ended up staying nearly a month because of some circumstances, which gave us time to see how lovely the hotel and staff are. The rooms are small, but cozy and clean, with a TV. They gave us fresh pyjamas and hand, bath, and shaving towels each day. Rooms are closed from 10am to 3pm for cleaning. The staff are extremely friendly and willing to help. Breakfast wasn’t vegetarian, unfortunately, but there was a selection of free drinks after 5pm. I’d definitely recommend it for a comfortable, nice stay.

A clean and comfortable place with all the amenities. There are free noodles and coffee in the cafeteria. The reception is on the fourth floor, and an elevator takes you up to your room. Men and women have separate floors. It’s in a nice location near Tokyo Dome Hotel, a train station, and one of Tokyo’s oldest gardens.

The bed felt thin to me, the pillow was small, and the room was a bit warm. I’m not sure how hot it gets in summer. The place isn’t soundproof, though it does give you privacy and personal space. Since floors are separated by gender, it may not be a good fit for couples. For solo travelers, I’d highly recommend it. It’s very well located, especially if you have a JR Pass. The JR station is close. Use the West Exit, or the East Exit if you need an elevator. The station is between Shibuya/Shinjuku and Tokyo Station. I usually caught a direct early train to Tokyo Station; otherwise, I changed at Ochanomizu. The rooms and shared bathrooms were very clean, with daily room cleaning. They provided pajamas, three towels, and a free bottle of water each day. The shared bathroom had lots of supplies, including toothbrushes, hair caps and ties, cleanser, milk, and lotion. Laundry machines and detergent were free, and the dryer cost 100 yen for 20 minutes. The staff were helpful and friendly.
