The staff were fantastic, especially one person who had worked in the US for 8 years. I’m sorry I didn’t get your name, but your service was superb. There were lots of food options nearby, and the property felt quaint and easy to get around. Our place was clean, roomy, and more like an apartment than a standard hotel room. I wish we’d been told about the room options in advance. Even though we chose the same room type, the accommodations were quite different: one apartment had two separate rooms with three beds, while the other had all three beds squeezed into one room.

The balcony view felt cozy and comforting, and the floor futons and bedding were really comfortable. There was plenty of space for me and my four friends. The neighborhood comes alive with lights and color at night. I’m looking forward to another stay.

The street looks lovely after dark, and the location puts you near lots of good restaurants, including Seirinkan. The woman at the front desk was very nice. The spacious apartment had a washing machine and felt more like an apartment stay than a hotel. Asking for another pillow and being told there’d be a charge was pretty strange. Otherwise, it was a good experience.

Clean and in a great spot, close to the subway, restaurants and supermarkets. For the location, 135 euros a night for a three-bed room with a kitchen seems about right. I did miss having a table to eat at and shelves for clothes. An extra hour at 2000 yens felt quite overpriced.

We stayed in a basic but spacious, clean apartment on the sixth floor. It had a proper kitchen, an okay bathroom and two small balconies. Seems like a good base for a family or a group of friends exploring Tokyo on a budget.
