The rooms are a bit small, but there's locker storage downstairs if you need to leave bags before check-in or make room. I was mostly here to explore, so a nice bed to sleep in was just what I needed. The location is fantastic, close to lots of stations and conbinis, with the Harry Potter street nearby too. The robots are really cool, and the staff are friendly and available to help. A delivery I sent to the hotel arrived smoothly. Breakfast was fantastic, and I really appreciated the western options as a picky American eater.

It's handy having the Irish bar attached to the hotel, since that's where breakfast is served and we could have a drink after a long day. The rooms are tiny, as expected, but that was fine. Staff were helpful with questions or problems. The location worked perfectly for us, equally distanced from the main places we wanted to visit, with only about a 10-minute train ride either way.

Check-in and checkout were easy, and although the room was a typical Tokyo size and not very big, it was comfortable. I'd stay here again 😁

This is the Akasaka branch of the chain known for robot check-in staff. The robots here are humanoids instead of dinosaurs, and I found them exceptionally creepy: sallow skin, dead eyes, and unsettling movements. The facilities are a strange mix, from a chocoZAP and a small comic library on the first floor to an Irish-themed pub on the ground floor.

When anything came up, the human staff were always nearby to help. The room was fairly spacious for the price, and having a ReFa styler in the room was really useful for refreshing clothes. The hotel is well connected to the Ginza line, which gets you to most of the places you'd want to visit in Tokyo.
