OMO5 Tokyo Otsuka by Hoshino Resorts

The location was really convenient, close to the JR station and surrounded by restaurants and convenient stores. It's just one stop to Ikebukuro and four stops to nippoli, where you can catch the Skyliner to Narita. The room was clean and the staff were nice and helpful. The bunk beds were a clever way to open up more space and separate out a living area, which made the room more useful. The bathroom felt a bit too open, though. You have to scroll down the curtain to get a private place to change, which could be uncomfortable for shy friends.

The room had nearly everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from sleepwear, shampoo, conditioner and body wash to slippers and vending machines. Check-in and checkout were quick and simple, and the reception staff were welcoming and helpful. We also loved the interior design in both the lobby and room. It's a lovely place, with lots of amenities and a convenient spot near the Yamanote line, convenience stores and dining. I'd definitely stay again.

After a full day in Tokyo, it was great to relax on the comfortable lower level without getting the main bed dirty. The bunk-style setup made the room feel incredibly spacious, and the layout has a fun sense of adventure that kids will love. I'd absolutely recommend it for families, especially those with children. Staff were friendly, the JR station is right across the street, and there are plenty of food options nearby.

The staff were especially helpful when I lost an item. One employee contacted the delivery service and handled the translation, which let me get it back as quickly as possible before leaving the country. A special thank you to them! The room was clean and had all the bedding and essentials I needed, including pajamas, slippers, a toothbrush and a comb. The location is ideal too, just a five-minute walk from Otsuka Station. Recommend!
