Hotel Sui Ginza Kyobashi By Abest

The rooms were comfortable and big by Tokyo standards, and being right beside a train station directly connected to the Narita airport was a plus. The staff were nice, and there were free drinks, coffee, and udon. Huge thanks to LATT, who made my stay enjoyable.

Kevin deserves a mention for how smoothly he keeps things going at night. He’s always moving between the front desk and the kitchen, calmly checking that guests have what they need, even while running the hotel on his own. The rooms are comfortable to live in, the location works well, and the free udon and alcohol are a great bonus.

I left without staying the night and had to pay for another hotel, with no refund. The manager refused to return my $600. The bathroom looked like a public restroom, with black mold, lots of dirty white marks on the walls, hair in the bed, dust everywhere and packed into the air vent, plus a musty smell. This felt unsafe and filthy. I think people should avoid booking here, and the hotel should be closed for safety.

Everyone we met on staff was really nice. Getting to the laundry room in the basement meant asking a staff member for help each time, which got annoying, and the room was tiny even by Tokyo standards.
