Hotel Coco Grand Kitasenju

It's our second stay at Hotel Coco Grand Kitasenju, and this is still the best accommodation we've had in Tokyo. The location, rooms, food, and especially the people who keep the hotel in tip-top shape are all reasons we'd come back. Rooms are larger than usual for Japanese hotels, very clean and organized, and the staff provide exceptional service, from cleaning and answering inquiries to helping with forgotten items after checkout. We left my wife's retainers in the toilet and asked if staff could hold on to them. They did. I asked them to mail the retainers to Singapore and said I'd cover the cost, but the staff member I spoke to said the cost was minimal and they'd pay it. It was so kind of them to extend their service beyond our stay. Kudos to all the staff at Hotel Coco Grand Kitasenju! We'll definitely be back.

The street out front has all sorts of restaurants, and the station is only a short walk away. Rooms are a decent size for japanese hotels, and breakfast is served in the morning. A good option for tourists and business travellers alike.

The staff are nice, with friendly faces, and so many little details made me smile. We had a really good time here. The room was bigger than japanese standard at 16sqm, with a big mirror and massage chair. There’s an onsen on the second floor, hearty breakfast, small snacks and happy hour drinks free of charge, plus coffee and tea all day. The hotel is near big kitasenju station and rainbow plaza garden, where you can stroll by the river, and the view and vibe are nice. The downside is it's far from intown, 30-40mins to ginza/ shinjuku. Thankyou, recommended.

The neighborhood was a pleasant surprise, with lots of good restaurants, cafés, and shops. It’s close to the train station, so the main attractions are a short ride away. Beds were comfortable, service was good, everything was clean, and breakfast was good too. Very happy overall.
