Everything we needed was there, and the hotel was simple and pleasant. The staff were flexible, helped with all our requests, especially sending our luggage, and replied really quickly in chat. Definitely recommend it.

The reception staff were friendly when we checked in, and the rooms felt warm and comfortable for a winter visit. Clean, good value, and I’d stay here again.

The receptionist was kind and answered all our questions, and having a subway station nearby made it easy to get around Tokyo. Still, this was one of the weaker hotels we stayed at during a month in Japan. Our room was really dirty. There was dried brown liquid under the tables or counters, which was disgusting. We tried calling reception around midnight, but nobody was there. The hotel wasn’t terrible in general, but compared with the other places we stayed in Japan, it fell short.

Our room even came with a washing machine, and the little kitchen was really handy. The hotel was very clean and spacious. I’d definitely recommend Hotel Emir to anyone visiting Tokyo.
