There are plenty of food places and convenience stores nearby, and Ameyoko is within walking distance. The location is handy for both JR Ueno and the Keisei Skyliner, and the staff were helpful. The bed and pillow were comfortable. The shower and toilet are separate, though the shower itself is a little small. Highly recommended.

I like this hotel and have stayed here among my favorites in the area. There are several restaurants close by, and the station is walkable. The rooms are compact, but have everything you need. You can leave your luggage before check-in, though the 3pm check-in period can get busy. The nearby restaurant is another story. Its service is poor, mostly because the staff don't speak English and struggle with the crowds. I've seen this several times, and it hasn't improved.

The room was compact but clean, and for the price it was good value. Getting around from here was convenient, and the staff gave excellent service. I’d recommend it to business travelers.

The staff greeted us nearly every time we came through the door, and there are two train stations nearby. It worked well as a home base in Tokyo. Just be aware the rooms are small, definitely not for families.

The bedrooms are small and much the same, but they’re comfortable and well equipped. Nice bed and pillows, too. The hotel is clean and pleasant. I haven't tried the food yet, but I will.
